Great place to stay located near Genova University. Ideal for walking around and exploring the area. Staff was vey helpful and friendly. Harbor is a 10 minute walk offering some nice attractions.

Great service in Genoa.

The hotel was great for the price. Pretty bare bones but you don’t come to Italy to sit in a hotel room! The location was perfect. About two blocks from the train station so didn’t have to pay for a taxi. The best part, however, is Ana. She speaks very good English and helped us with, suggestions of places to see and eat and even carried our bags down four flights of stairs ( no elevator). I would go back.

Clean and comfy in super location

We were surprised when we found this hotel just a short distance down an alleyway. Just minutes from the train station and a short walk to the waterfront and historic sites. Our room was clean and included the full bathroom. Some of the other rooms share facilities. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It was the perfect place for our 4 night stay.

Would not stay here again...

Staff was definetly unprepared, even a simple task as giving us the wifi password was difficult. They first couldn´t find 2 reservations, one for me and one for my friend. We payed at arrival but when we were checking out they tried charging us again!!! Room was ok, but the bathroom was in desperate need of some updating! Location is good, but that is the only highlight of this hotel.

Sadly disappointed

The hotel is located inside a narrow alleyway that we could barely get our car into. The "free" parking was what you could find on the street. Also, although the hotel is non-smoking, the staff was constantly smoking in the lobby! On the plus side, within walking distance of the harbor.

Nice hotel walking distance to many areas

My partner and I stayed here for three nights Cohen wecarrivedvthevroom wasn't ready butbtheybtook our luggage, gave us a map and some suggestions and we left. The hotel is walking distance from the train station and on a well walked street. The hotel is basic but very clean. The shower wasn't great as the shower head wouldn't stay in place. The room had big windows to open and had air conditioning that was controlled from the room. This is a basic hotel but very clean, super friendly staff and in a great location. Smoking is allowed in rooms. There was no fridge in the room.

Clean and comfortable. Good size room with washbasin and bidet. Shower and toilet shared, but we did not see the other guests. Coffee in lobby.Near main sights in town and harbour area. Very convenient to Principe station, and well signposted from road. Loved Genoa, and wish we had had more time to explore

Top Hotel in Innenstadtlage

Schönes Hotel in bester Innenstadtlage mit eigenem Parkplatz, keine weiteren Gebühren. Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümerin. Sauberes komfortables Zimmer mit Fenster im Bad und Klimaanlage. War neu gemacht leider im 4. OG ohne Aufzug, aber gut für die Fitness. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

albergo piacevole, confortevole, silenzioso, con posizione perfetta per il centro e per l'accesso al porto vecchio. Tantissima cortesia e gentile professionalità. Posizione ottima, camera, tv e bagno un po’ piccoli, ma per il prezzo ok. Personale gentilissimo, solo per questo meriterebbero un 10. Pulizia ok, solo che manca l’ascensore..con le valigie sarebbe stato davvero un problema arrivare al terzo piano dove era la camera. Si può avere anche il parcheggio pagando un piccolo sovrapprezzo, ma solo per auto fino a certe dimensioni (accesso da via stretta), anche questo può essere un valore aggiunto. Comunque consigliato

Hôtel bien situé tout près du port. Le personnel (en particulier la patronne) est adorable et serviable). La chambre était propre et refaite à neuf depuis peu. La salle de bains était superbe. Parking attenant à l'hôtel. Pratique pour visiter la ville car ensuite on peut y laisser sa voiture et prendre les transports en commun qui sont bon marché (bus, métro et train).

Trascorso una notte i questa struttura a due passi dal Porto Antico e Acquario di Genova. Personale gentilissimo. Non è esposto sulle strade e per questo molto silenzioso. Tutto molto positivo. La struttura possiede il parcheggio che, anche se pagamento extra, in Genova è molto comodo. L'accesso è un po' stretto, ma con la mia C5 Citroen ci sono passato. Conisgliato.
