The physical location was great and the rooms were good enough. This was our second experience with "Wonderful Italy" and they just didn't impress me. They seem like an uncaring corporation who just does the bare minimum for the properties they manage. For instance, there was no microwave and no hot water kettle. Many of the pans in the cabinets were not even the proper materials for the induction cooktop. So, why were they even there?! They texted us repeatedly about cleaning up and sorting trash and check-out times and so forth... yet the knives in the drawers were encrusted with filth when we arrived. So, the place is fine - just not the care I would want.

Great property, but you need to be ready to use Genoa's metro system. Recommend downloading the AMT app and making use of the extremely convenient 35/36 bus to get too/from the waterfront.

O apartamento tem pontos positivos e negativos bem marcados. O apartamento é grande, espaçoso e a vista é realmente maravilhosa. Por outro lado, o quarto estava empoeirado, as acomodações são antigas e, no inverno, o maior problema é o aquecimento: ele é desligado depois das 22h, o que torna a estadia muito desconfortável no frio — não recomendo para quem viaja nessa época. Além disso, deixei um pertence no apartamento e, apesar de ter me oferecido para pagar o frete, não tive retorno. Diante disso, minha recomendação é cautelosa, especialmente para estadias no inverno
