Lovely hotel with comfortable beds and great indoor/outdoor seating for bar and restaurant. Free bus across the street to the ferry. Beautiful free ferry ride five minutes to the beach. Lake Lucerne water is clear enough to see your shadow on the bottom. 5 to 10 minute walk to old town for outdoor dining and shopping.
This hotel has it all, including a comfy bed. Restaurant is great. They really keep it all neatly decorated and clean. Close walk for the Geneve train station, which we used to explore other cities by train.
The Tiffany looks like a tourist hotel with pretensions to become a boutique hotel. They have the amenities in the bathrooms but the room itself looked a bit worn around the edges. My main complaint was with the meager and overpriced breakfast - 29 CHF for a pretty basic buffet - nothing memorable and the Swiss can often do very good breakfasts with homemade jams and good cheeses. You could pay 12 CHF for the express where you are allowed 2 pieces of bread or not particularly tasty tiny croissants. I would recommend instead going outside two blocks down the street to the epicerie/cafe on the corner that has excellent coffee and very good pastry.

Location was good, staff was friendly. Had a few problems with the wi-fi. The room was ok, not great. Overall still a good experience. It wasn't super expensive for a 4-star rated hotel so good value for the money.

A very pleasant "boutique hotel" well situated near tram lines convenient to business throughout Geneva. Highlights are the breakfast and the superb small restaurant serving French-style cuisine. Single rooms are small, but well maintained. Staff very friendly.
