Hello folks, repeat guest here! This is my absolute favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg--I could not be happier or more satisfied and only regret I did not find this place sooner. A quaint and quiet property, this establishment offers the perfect space and features modern upgrades and a convenient location to trails and is within walking distance to local dining and attractions. The room was clean, but the shower drain was broken and came up everytime you stepped on it, the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, and the shower handle would come off everytime you turned the water on. I do like the contactless check in and out but it would still be nice to see someone on the property for emergencies or anything else that might come up. Overall the room was nice and the bed was super comfy.
