With a large living room, dining area and kitchen on the middle level - guests will enjoy gathering as you can prepare in cabin meals with your fully equipped kitchen and plenty of seating. Was a quiet spot with plenty of room for all 7 of us. Would book again when in Gatlinburg area.

Cabin was a great place to cool off durning the hot week we had in Gatlinburg. We enjoyed activities in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville.

Beautiful views!

This property was Great. I did read reviews of cleanliness, so I brought my own supplies and did a little fine tuning. Everything else was great. We did have Everything we needed in the kitchen. I did wish they would supply a little more when it comes to towels/ paper products. Not having a bathroom on the main floor did aid in cardio exercise for the entire family. We did have a good time with no major issues. The maintenance department was excellent and responsive to any call I made.

Plenty of room

The property was large and beautiful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The refrigerator and freezer did not stay very cold and could probably stand to be replaced or repaired but it did not bother us enough to complain. We would book again.

Lives up to its name

They call it Majestic Views and it definitely has great views from just about everywhere in the cabin. It was overall pretty clean with the exception of a slight lady bug problem in one of the bedrooms and the floors could use a mop. The biggest letdown was definitely the beds. It was advertised as having two queens along with one king. The "queens" were definitely not full queens, not did they look like the pictures. They were all very cheap, springy feeling and all around uncomfortable (especially with two people trying to share one). There is tons of room and great entertainment space with the kitchen, living room and dining room all being together. We did wish there was a bathroom on the main floor, but there are still three total to use on the other floors. The location is perfect. You're close enough to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but far enough out to truly feel like you're secluded in the mountains. A few minor negative things to note. The pictures show that there is carpeting in all the bedrooms. That is not the case. So if you don't like waking up and stepping on cold floors, bring slippers. Additionally, the walkway up to the front door which enters the living room and has the keypad to enter is very precarious with different sized rocks cemented together. Many of those rocks are not secure and will move if you step on them. If you have an elder staying, keep that in mind because the path can definitely get slick and could cause a fall. I would definitely not call this property handicap friendly. Finally, it is very dark overall at night, especially the kitchen. A few better lights would be nice. Nothing too serious that caused us to have a bad trip, but a few minor annoyances. Overall, our family had a great vacation at Majestic Views!

It was a nice house but very poor lighting. At night you can’t read in the main living room and kitchen is not light enough. There is no bathroom on the main floor so with kids it’s a little inconvenient.
