As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Cobbly Nob, this cabin offers a quiet mountain setting while still being within an easy drive of Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. The community is surrounded by woods and mountain views, with seasonal swimming pools and Bent Creek Golf Course nearby.



As with most mountain areas, expect winding roads, hills, and elevation changes. Black bears and other wildlife are also commonly seen throughout the Smokies.



Getting Around:

The cabin is in a true Smoky Mountain setting, so guests should expect steep, curvy, and sometimes narrow roads with switchbacks. Please drive carefully and take your time. During winter, AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended, as roads can become icy and may not always be plowed. We also recommend having a personal vehicle since rideshare options can be limited in the mountains. Once you arrive, you’ll enjoy a peaceful mountain setting with beautiful views while still being within driving distance of downtown Gatlinburg and nearby attractions.

☑︎ This is a true Smoky Mountain property. The roads are paved but include hills, curves, and switchbacks. During winter weather, AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended, and road conditions can change quickly.

☑︎ Pets are welcome with prior approval and the applicable pet fee. Please include pets in your reservation and review our pet rules before arrival.

☑︎ Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including children. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

☑︎ To help you settle in, we provide a starter supply of essentials including: (Toilet paper, Paper towels, Trash bags, Shampoo and conditioner, Hand/body soap, Laundry detergent

☑︎ Starter supplies are intended to get your stay started. Guests staying multiple nights may need to purchase additional supplies.

☑︎ Bed linens, sheets, pillowcases, and comforters are provided. A starter set of bath towels is also provided, with at least one bath towel per registered guest. Guests are welcome to bring additional towels, especially for longer stays.

☑︎ Wildlife is part of the Smoky Mountain experience, and you may see or hear animals and other mountain critters during your stay. Please keep doors and windows closed and locked, never feed or approach wildlife, and always enjoy black bears from a safe distance.

We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us. We are available Monday - Sunday, 9 AM - 9 PM via Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
