The place is excellent! Very clean and comfortable. It's important to note that parking is handled by a third party and is charged by the day R$29 for hotel guests, but it is still worthy and I would definitely stay there again!

Very good hotel close to everything. I really recommend Plaza Hotel for a pleasure stay in Vale dos Vinhedos. The hotel is brand new and have all that you need.

Hotel com estrutura excelente mas atendimento desqualificado. Falta de equipe para atender a todos os clientes, não oferece o serviço adequado ao nível de hotel. Funcionários perdidos, desinformados, despreparados. Comunicação com recepção difícil. O hotel tem 500 apartamentos o que torna o fluxo de pessoas imenso, alguns quartos ficam SUPER longe da recepção, restaurante e área de lazer, se chover, não tem cobertura até os locais. Fiquei decepcionada, esperava mais pelo preço que pagamos e por todaaaa propaganda que é feita. Não vale o investimento.

Chegamos mais cedo do que o horário de check-in porém foram super solicitos e já nos permitiram a entrada para o quarto. O hotel é bonito e confortável. O tamanho do quarto era relativamente pequeno mas nada que tenha atrapalhado. O café da manhã é excelente.
