It was clean enough, there was a spot on the floor that was sticky. I could hear the person above me stomping, I could hear everything in the hallways. I called ahead requesting a bathtub, and received a shower. The tv had no way to connect phone or Netflix. It was a 3 star for me.

The front desk, especially Michael was so personable, explained amenities and parking so well. He went above and beyond to return a left item for me. Michael is an employee you should retain and reward. I loved the sleek look of the rooms and the comfort.

Worst hotel stay I’ve had in a very long time. There was pubic hair in the shower and dirty towels stuffed under the counter. But the worst was a barking dog for 24 hours. The poor dog barked nonstop like it was abused, abandoned or the owner was dead in the room. I called the desk at midnight, 2am and 3am. The dog never stopped and the desk clerk never did anything saying they were dog friendly. I nearly called 911. Also, about 100 teen athletes were there screaming stomping and slamming doors. Nightmare stay all around.

The staff was a little inexperienced and unfriendly. However, the rooms were clean. The beds were good with your standard hotel decor. A bit out of the way but hey there was a Starbucks close enough to make me happy. Food was below average so find somewhere else to eat. And stick with wine and beer if you stop at the bar. The margaritas were not good.
