The house was very clean and cozy! Perfect for a quick weekend trip. 4 of us stayed comfortably. Any maintenance issues were resolved quickly. The location is great, about 10 minutes from UF. A lot of restaurants and shops in the area as well. Would recommend staying.

Overall the property was as described. the neighborhood was nice and often you could see people walking with their dogs around the neighborhood. Stayed for summer grad. Close to everything. Worse thing is parking at night. Each night we returned to fill parking lot due to guests at other units. If you like sleeping with a fan, bring one. Hosts were very responsive. Quiet neighborhood.
