Perfect place

This places just what we needed. Close to UF campus, not far from fine dining (our Anniversary weekend) Embers Grill, and near other attractions were going to sightsee. We are older and did have trouble doing the code lock to get in but the host answered the phone immediately and talked us through it in 60 seconds! Later, after our awesome date night we couldn’t get the TV to work so texted him and instantly he called us and then had us FaceTime so he could see what was going on and in a couple of minutes we had TV! Can’t say enough about the help and also it was so clean and there were snacks and water bottles in the fridge too. The bed is awesome and we have to have a good bed for health issues! We felt safe and it was quiet all around us. Such a great place and we will keep this on our list to come to again when visiting Gainesville overnight!

As we arrived (a little early) our host was just finishing getting ready for us. She was sweet and welcoming! She obviously takes pride in her vacation property as it was spotless and included everything needed to be very comfortable. It is very convenient to downtown, yet quiet. We were only able to stay one night but would have enjoyed more.

Cozy clean apartment in a charming quiet neighborhood.

We were happy to spend the night in this nice place. It's small and cozy, has everything that you need, full kitchen with the cookware and full size fridge, washer and dryer, comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
