Property was very spacious and had a washer dryer in the room. The property was under construction and the free breakfast (one of the reasons we booked the room) was not available. We were not notified of this prior to arrival and when I asked about breakfast the staff reluctantly advised that I could purchase a breakfast buffet at the hotel across the street. The buffet across the street was 3800 yen($24USD). While I don’t mind paying for breakfast it would have been helpful if the hotel had notified me of the construction (no breakfast) so I could consider another property or at least provide a more affordable breakfast option.

The first room they gave my wife and I, we noticed the strong smell of urine. Contacted front desk and they sent up someone to assist. The person said he didn’t smell it, and if it gave us a headache. I said yes, so they swapped us to another room. It didn’t smell of urine but of mildew/mold. We had another group stay in the same hotel and had the smell of mildew/mold in their room as well. The location is great, next to shopping/food/train station! The rooms are not soundproofed, you can hear pretty much everything. The positives are the laundry/dryer in the rooms. I would not stay at this specific hotel. The amenities are usually standard across the hotels, towards the afternoon, they will run out and aren’t replenished.

About a 10 min walk from Hakata station. A little older of a building but it did the job and was comfortable and clean. Having a washer/dryer was nice (and they provided laundry detergent) but FYI we did end up hang drying some of the clothes since some items shrunk slightly with the regular dry. Staff was nice and helpful!

Very close to Hakata station which is a main hub. In-room laundry especially convenient. Everything was very clean. AC kept room cool and dry, but there is a humidifier if needed. Variety of free amenities. Nightgown provided. Appreciated the option to have towel changes only without housekeeping entering room or limited cleaning i.e. towel changes and garbage removal. Only downside is we could hear the shinkansen going by, but maybe that is just from our specific room/side of the hotel.

We stayed as a couple for 4 nights. I feel room size were on the smaller side. It has a kitchenette and washer/dryer combo. You need to ask for dish detergent. Moisturizer set can be purchased at 150 yen. Refa brand dryer and shower head was a nice touch. Overall it wasn’t too bad.

Hotel is walking distance to the bus and train station, many shops, and mall. Staff was helpful and friendly. Even though there was construction going on during our stay, it did not bother with our sleep. Free coffee station was available 24/7. We would stay here again.

Cleaning staff all friendly & helpful when I needed change of towels, toilet paper, kleenex. On check-in, Watanabe san very helpful, patient, & nice. Good to have the weigh machine. Quiet room. Quite spacious. Inoue San also helped to show me how to work the TV. Upon check-out, Oct. 8, 9:15 am, (didn't get her name), counter staff, young lady very helpful in getting information to convert kilograms to pounds for our luggage weight.
