I Booked two nights at this hotel mainly because the Klook tour I joined meets right outside the entrance. When I made the reservation, the price showed around $500 CAD for two nights, but after all the charges, my CAD credit card ended up being billed HKD 6000 Hong Kong dollars, which is almost double what I expected. I still don’t understand why it was converted to Hong Kong dollars. The hotel itself was okay, and the front desk staff’s English was understandable, but not the others. However, they never told me that I needed to place a sign on the door for housekeeping to clean the room. Even if they weren’t going to do full cleaning, they should refill the essentials and provide bottled water at least. Also, when I went to the front desk to ask for water bring to my room, the staff simply handed me the bottles and told me to bring them to my room myself. For a hotel that cost $500 CAD per night, I expected to have a better service. There is many hotel with in walking distance at the 博多車站。 do your research。

Excellent location right next to Hakata Station. (When looking for it, be sure to take the Chikushi exit side.) I was only here for one night but I received premium service from the staff. My room was small but just enough for one person, and it also very modern and chic. My favorite part was the breakfast buffet.

The staff at check in on the afternoon/evening of our arrival (19Oct) were excellent, very cheerful and helpful. The staff member who assisted us with a luggage transfer and check out on 20 Oct was also very pleasant and helpful to us. They should all be commended for their friendly service.
