Everything about this stay was great. The facility is in excellent condition as you would expect a new facility to be. Pool was clean, room was clean and lobby area was clean. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was nice but only 1 cart for luggage…really! There could have been a better breakfast variety. I’m not sure what the round things were and the fried egg. My hubby only likes scrambled and that’s pretty common but not at your place. I would stay here again.

We were put in a room that we later found out another guest requested to be moved out of. We later figured out why. The TV did not work at all. Didn’t even turn on. The bathroom door does not close. The bathroom sink leaks all over the counter top. The main door to the room was actually open when we got there and we thought that was very odd. The garbage disposal turned on by itself at 11:30 at night while we were sleeping. When we tried to get ready in the morning we figured out there was no power in the bathroom for the blowdryer or curling iron. There was obviously an electrical issue in the room. When we complained in the morning we were told the manager would be in at 9:00 am. So we waited. Come to find out that was a lie the manager dosn’t come in on Sundays, and I think he hoped we would just leave and forget about it. I understand it’s a new hotel and there will be issues, but they knowingly put us in that room. If they would have been honest with us and let us make the decision if we wanted to stay maybe at a discounted rate. Or we may have just drive home. And they promised to call me the next day and never did! Shame on Hilton!

New hotel, smelled of strong chemicals. Bugs in room, metal screw in garbage disposal (posing safety hazards for my children & myself), hair, dust and spiderwebs in room, lipstick on drinking glasses. Woken up before 6am with noise from ongoing roof work/construction workers staying at hotel. Was told by staff the only thing they could do was offer me points, which never happened. Was also told by staff there was no construction happening so I provided a few pictures of a worker as proof o was lied to. There are also multiple scissor lifts on the property I witnessed being used to work on the roof every day of my stay.

Hotel is beautiful, newly opened. Only 1 week opened. Staff is very friendly. Pool was not heated - cool temp but swimmable due to it not being winter yet. Located at the beginning of the main streets of Frankenmuth shops and restaurants. Great location! Breakfast was great! Many options. Slight flood/pipe issue for a new hotel.. but staff worked hard at getting the issue resolved fast and quick.
