There was a cigarette burn in the bedding. I did not shower because it was in terrible condition. The bathroom door would not stay open, the towel hanger was coming out of the wall. Carpet in the hallways was in really bad condition. Although a central heat/air thermostat was in the room only a wall unit was working. Just run down and bathroom not cleaned well.

This place was gross. Carpets are so dirty, the lamp in our room was nasty and had mold or something all over the shade. Run down in the rooms. Pillows where old and not comfortable. Would not stay here again.

The entire stay it smelled like weed on our entire floor and elevator.(Mind you it says 100% smoke free hotel and we have small children.) When we approached front desk she said she couldn’t do anything except put air fresheners in the hall. Also, we heard the lady who was in charge of cleaning the rooms demand at least $10 tip from a nice older lady. I understand maybe the tips are a huge help but a tip comes with a good service not from demanding it from the vulnerable. We don’t recommend for families with small children like us, next time we go to Dallas we won’t be staying here.
