A very nice stay. Rooms were great, clean and comfortable, front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, good location being close to both downtown and the Stockyards and not far from AT&T Stadium. One of the most reasonably priced hotels in the area as well for the quality that it is. Would stay again.

I have been staying at Marriott properties for over 4years and travel twice monthly. I have never seen roaches or broken equipment in the rooms. The Hotel also doesn't have a front canopy so you are left to unload your baggage in the rain. I was less than impressed with the property and wouldn't recommend this location.
Very accommodating. Staff friendly & helpful. I loved it so much that i booked a suite at the Marriott Renaissance in dominican and loved it wven more!
We did not like the price! But it was convenient to walk to downtown for the Aggie March In and had a nearby Barbecue place with craft beers
Older hotel but obviously recently updated. A bit of a challenge to find but in a area that is obviously up and coming on the edge of downtown. Good price, especially when you consider free parking. Most downtown hotels charge $25-35 a day for parking. Bicycle rental station adjacent to hotel.

Our bed was SO comfortable. The room was beautiful and the staff was excellent. We really enjoyed the pool.
Staff was friendly, but coffee maker was missing when we arrived, garbage disposal wasn't working and bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Call multiple times, only coffee maker was rectified. Breakfast was almost all carbs.
Hotel was very aware and took very cautious measures for Covid-19. Excellent staff. Provided hand sanitizer in the room without asking. Looking forward to staying again.
You hit all the right notes. Michael at the desk was excellent. Perhaps the only suggestion is more along a marketing & repeat customer decision. Morning Breakfast service is understandably disposables, plates, utensils, cups. I was brought to a comment by former boss about a place we went for lunch, that , they always offer a to-go Plastic cup with the name logo, address on the side. perhaps you could consider the same strategy for Brand loyalty with the Breakfast juice cups.
Dislike that the train tracks are RIGHT next to the hotel. When your room is on that side you hear the damn thing all night long, no whistles but the train on the track itself. I like the fact that it is close to sundance square and you can walk there and to the rest of downtown. It is easy to access the highways to get around to different attractions

Loved the location, never stay at a town and country before but will definitely stay again. Rooms we clean and we had a studio room that had everything you needed
