We were very disappointed with our stay at the Fort Worth Hilton. We chose Hilton for its strong reputation but encountered several issues that made our experience frustrating.
Parking was only available via valet, which was not made clear during booking. Additionally, our rental car was damaged while in valet care, and the hotel had no camera footage to investigate. We had to file a claim and were given inconsistent information about the process, which has been stressful to deal with from out of the country.
The room did not match what was advertised—it lacked expected modern features, and housekeeping was poor (only the beds were made, with trash and the bathroom left untouched). We were also disappointed to learn there was no pool, something we would have expected at a hotel of this level.
While staff were friendly, communication was inconsistent, and we often received conflicting information. Overall, this was not the quality of stay we’ve come to expect from Hilton. I would not return to this location.
