This facility seems a bit worn in some areas. There were no bedside lamps in my room, and when I called the front desk I was told there shouldn't t be any! The next day the hardware on my room door broke from the inside, and I was trapped in my room for about an hour while the maintenance guy worked some magic. I was moved to a new room, and lo-and-behold there was a lamp on each nightstand. On the positive side, the hotel comped the room, and the breakfast is really good! Marriott needs to send this place some TLC.

The pool was out for awhile. The little store in the hotel was ridiculously expensive . The room had a odor and bed not to comfortable.

What do that was the staff! Dawn, who was working at the front desk, help me connect to the Internet via my laptop. Then, the day I checked out I couldn’t find my cell phone and thought I had left it in my room. Dawn accompanied me back to my room to help look for my phone she even called my phone from her phone. To my embarrassment, I found my phone in one of my pocket pockets later but she was very helpful and very polite and very patient with me. Tonetta is a traveling manager: she greeted me during breakfast my first morning. We had a discussion about North Carolina, where she is from. The following morning she again greeted me at breakfast and recalled our conversation from the previous day. She is an asset to your management staff with skills in customer engagement!

We didn’t have breakfast but enjoyed the super convenient location to Will Rogers, Ol’ South and other eateries. The rooms are clean and spacious and have a microwave and refrigerator. The beds were a little soft, but still comfy. Very quiet too for being right off the highway.
