Comfortable Bed but not much more

This place was very clean with a comfortable bed and that was all. The hotel provided minimal amenities. No conditioner, lotion, hair dryer. Breakfast was a snack bar or muffin and coffee. No milk or juice.

Quick Stay - Met our Needs

One night stay. Arrived late after a 4.5 hour flight. Basic room, spacious, clean, not carpeted so good for allergies. Small kitchenette but no utensils, pots or plates. Not sure if you have to ask. Room and beds comfortable. Only had luke warm water in the shower at night. Hot water shower in the morning. Breakfast is grab and go - hard boiled eggs, granola bars, yogurt, coffee. Met our needs - we wanted close to RSW airport and restaurants, free parking, clean and quiet. We had a good night’s sleep.

Very sparse rooms but the pictures are accurate. NOTHING is in the room. Coffee maker? Request it. Iron? Request it. Dishes? Request them. Arriving after a LONG flight and just wanting a cup of coffee the next morning was disappointing. No extra blankets nor pillows, no closet, no laundry bag. Incredibly loud AC which I couldn’t get to respond to the wall controller so I had to unplug it. Nightstands touch the bed which made it feel smaller. 3 pillows on a Queen bed for 2 people is an odd and annoying choice, especially when they are paper thin. Went to refill my water bottle on the way out and the filter on the water fountain was overdue for changing. It was so clogged that water barely flowed. But it’s better than sleeping in the car. Wouldn’t recommend nor stay again. Can’t comment on how it is as an extended stay but not great for a relaxing overnight.

It was a great place minus two things. It's pet friendly so I probably won't stay there once it gets older as im thinking cleanimg will go downhill. With that said, people are terrible at cleaning up after their dogs. There was pee all over, especially by & in the elevators and no one cleaned it up - owners or staff. Step up the rules for pet owners, please & thank you. The toilet paper hangers are terrible. The rolls dont stay on. Just somethjng yo think about
