The hotel was convenient to my work, comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The hotel had a few nearby dining options but for someone without a car they are quite limited. The room was spacious and clean but the road noise was a little higher than I would have expected. Everything else was fine.

Nice place but internet service was a problem. Easy to connect via wifi but very very very slow. Staff said i should call a tech support line tospeed things up. I didnt for fear that changing settings would affect things for other locations. Besides, never need to do that at other locations. Cell service was also very weak. Instead of a 4G connection, i had a 1X.

Wonderfully nice people. Nice hotel w/ modern design. Free breakfast w/ Reed helping carry my 2 juices to my table. They allowed a late check out so we could spend some time by the pool before our flight. Pool area needed a tad bit cleaning. Cigarettes/cigars, ashes lying on the cement by the loungers but maybe they hadn't gotten time to do that on a Monday after the weekend.

Very nice hotel. Seemed new. Comfortable, stylish, and clean rooms.

loved this hotel and location. The only drawback is hearing revving of car engines leaving a nearby bar. Request a room opposite the store side of the hotel if you want a more quiet stay.

average hotel, average room. comfortable and safe fairly typical of road-side type overnighters. Wonderful friendly staff.

I had arrived in town for a wedding on Labor Day weekend only to find a myriad of problems at a different hotel I had reserved. I switched to Springhill Suites on the advice of a young man at the Wyndham (which was sold out and could not offer me a room). So, I quickly lined up a room at Sprinfhill and was delighted with the comfort, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and the eco- friendly way of doing business. The ONLY issue I had was not enough hot water for my shower...but I didn't care too much!

The hotel staff greeted me warmly and were very proficient at check-in and meeting any needs that I had. The breakfast was much better than expected for free continental breakfast and included several warm food and cold food choices as well as several dishes of fresh fruit nuts and berries. They were very helpful and extending a late checkout as requested. And the location couldn't be beat for off the interstate and five minutes from FGCU.

To be honest never been to Ft. Myers or have stayed in the area... Had an awesome experience! STAFF WAS WONDERFUL and the place was very clean. Not too bad of a location. Def would stay here again.

Great hotel! Great location! Staff is very friendly.

Near JetBlue stadium. Perfect location. Free internet. Decent pool and spa. Great value.

Very nice and clean, close to the airport, nice quiet rooms, nice breakfast. Will stay here again.

Stayed here for the second time after our flight into Ft. Myers the night prior to our condo rental in Sanibel, FL. Always pleasant and a good way to start our vacation fresh before getting the keys to the condo the next day. Clean, quiet, good breakfast, great staff. A bit on the pricey side but worth the respite after the indignity of a day in airports. A great stop prior to waking up fresh and heading to stock up on groceries and traveling over the causeway to vacationland. Others we have met come in to the island worn and tired but we have found that coming early the night before and resting here gets our vacation off to a pleasant start.

The hotel was fine, once we arrived. The room was clean. The problem was with the wait at the airport. We checked in at the hotel, and checked on shuttles to the airport. We had an early flight and wanted to return our rental car that night instead of next day. The clerk wouldn't send the shuttle to the airport when we left and insisted we call upon our arrival at the airport. We phoned and were told the shuttle would be their in 15 minutes. Called again after 20 minutes and were told the clerk had made a mistake and picked up someone else at the airport and missed us???? Called again after 15 minutes and were told the driver was there right now. The clerk was argumentative, and rude. It takes them longer to get to the airport because they have to obey speed limits!! So did I! Amazing it only took him 9 minutes to get back to the hotel from the airport. The driver was rude and didn't speak when he finally did arrive. The only thing the desk clerk could say was "sorry". Not very impressed, will look for another hotel next time. It was was a long day and adding another 40 plus minutes to what should have been a 15 minute wait didn't help. I will say the driver the next morning was polite, plesant, prompt, and a very nice change from the previous evening.

Close to RSW and above average for the budget consious. Not the chaepest but better then many in this category

Excellent stop over. After four days of four ugly hotel/motel experiences this stop rescued our trip and restored some sanity. Excellent customer service. Very clean, in fact every time we went out and came back there was someone cleaning something. Great breakfast. Best two day stop of our trip.

Good value

Front desk was awesome! Very Pro. The room was immaculate. They put me in a handi-cap room. Love the wide open bathroom. Very clean. Only downside was that the house keeping staff started pounding on my door at 8:45AM. Though I did not put the privacy card on the door I think a moment to check with the front desk to see who has checked out would be smarter than just pounding on the door. Nice hotel though and I can forgive that one. Good thing I had the latch on the door...

Room was very nice! 2 of my companions claimed they didn't like the eggs at breakfast - I'm not an egg fan but just had coffee and an english muffin and that sufficed. Though the eggs did looks oddly synthetic...served it purpose. Otherwise, there's a Waffle House across the street.

Unfortunately our flight got in very late so we could not take advantage of much of what the hotel had to offer. The room was great, so much better than just a regular hotel room, and we could at least make coffee and have a place to sit and unwind comfortably. We had a restful night. We appreciated the big, very clean and modern bathroom, too. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. P.S. At the last minute before we left Pittsburgh, because we had impending bad weather, we stayed at the Springfield Suites near the PIT airport and it was consistent with this one. It's a great place to stay for a good price.
