Welcome to our newly renovated 3-bed, 2-bath Ft. Myers Shores home, perfect for up to 6 guests. With new beds, new AC unit meticulously cleaned interior Enjoy all the comforts like washer, dryer, TVs, fully equipped kitchen, high speed wi-fi, new air conditioning, screened lanai with large, fenced yard and wireless keypad for check in. Ideal for business travelers and contractors as well as boating & fishing enthusiasts, we're just steps from the Davis Boat Ramp with direct Gulf access. A perfect, quiet retreat with easy access to I-75 and downtown.
The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meal preparation a breeze, including:

For boating enthusiasts, the Davis Boat Ramp is directly across the street (only 270 feet from the driveway), providing convenient lake access and a direct route to the Gulf. You can easily launch your boat and leave your trailer securely in the house driveway at no extra cost.

We give our guests space but are available when needed. We are available via the app or phone if you have any questions or require assistance during your stay. We respect your privacy and will not be on the property unless requested.

The prime feature of this home is its unbeatable location for boaters. The Davis Boat Ramp is directly across the street, making launching your boat for a day on the water incredibly simple. Feel free to park your boat trailer in our driveway for the duration of your stay at no additional cost.

The host promptly communicated. The location was across from public boat launch and in a very walkable neighborhood. The home was very clean, uncluttered, and thoughtfully appointed with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. We appreciated the location and proximity to I75.
