This property had a musty smell throughout the hotel and they had no heat at all and didn’t let us know that they didn’t have heat until we asked and I had my granddaughter with me in a cold room it was freezing in that hotel I will never stay there again

We waited an hour for an airport shuttle that never showed up. We had to take a taxi. After two follow up calls to the hotel, we got assurances that they would get to us eventually. Well they never did and the hotel had no clue of a timeline or even where his van was located.
