Just used the hotel for a last night when my flight was rescheduled. Leave before breakfast so couldn't evaluate, but there is a deail that is not mentioned and is important. The shuttle to airport has a limit of people in it's 30 minute travels, we tried to use the 5am but it was full as was 5:30 also. We could get in the 6am, and it was perfect, but this should be advised earlier.

Rooms was dirty, very noisy with the elevators which our rooms was close by. The windows has a bright light that peeped through the window coverings. Cleanliness at this place is very low. Motel we stayed at florida city was way cleaner than here.

Other than the shuttle transfer from the airport it was great. We stay here a lot and it's always an issue getting the shuttle in a timely manner. On this trip, even though we were specific as to what number we were standing near, the driver, parked elsewhere and we missed it, therefore, we had another 30 minutes to wait. It's just always a hassle.

The staff were courteous. There are many restaurants and stores a short walking distance from the hotel. We were cruising so took an Uber from the hotel (reserve it the night before). There is a shuttle you can sign up for through the hotel but they charge $20 per person and it’s a big bus, while auger was less than $40 for 4 of us, but the van could hold 6.

AC was not working in room 309. We thought we heard it trying to come on all night, but it was the elevator. Free breakfast was the normal items but not tasty. This hotel is run down. Only positive is the room slept 6 with a pull-out trundle under the couch.

We had a very brief stop, but arrived very early and they texted us as soon as our room was ready for check-in. We had a super early departure the next day, and they packed a little breakfast bag for my kids since we were checking out prior to anything being open.

The room was very dusty and didn’t seem like it had been cleaned in a while. We wanted to take the first shuttle to the airport in the morning but the staff did not mention that it required reservations as well and therefore when it was time to take the shuttle it was fully booked.
