Tired motel. Room had a noisy air conditioner that didn’t truly cool the room. Old bathroom. Only two pillows on the bed, most rooms we stay have four. Went for ice and the ice machine looked like it hadn’t been working for some time. Breakfast was a big joke. They literally handed us a brown paper bag with a packaged muffin and a bag of potato chips. Yeah- potato chips for breakfast. Avoid this dump

The hotel is not clean. If you get an accessible room, there are not many accessibility there. You do not get a breakfast. They give you a breakfast in a bag. And it tastes terrible. The staff is rude. Save your money go somewhere else.

Staff very friendly and courteous. Room beds were comfortable and spacious and cleaned. Bathroom was large but in the shower the water was clogged, the toilet, vanity was dilapidated. The hotel needs some real upgrades the ice maker is in the second floor. There was some very interesting people playing loud music until 12 midnight and some working ladies that were offering night companionship in the parking lot.

I have stayed in la quenta inns many times before but this is the oldest one that I ever seen or stayed. This place never had a face left since it’s opened before year 2000. That’s how the place look alike. Exterior is not so bad but the interior. Everything is maybe there, but nothing is straight. A dresser that has a drawer does not close all the way and has some holes on top. There is no pictures on the wall but many picture hangers are there. And on and on. Maybe a little thing but it did not look like a room from La Quinta Inn. I felt I was betrayaled. The cockroaches walking around the table were the worst of all.

Yes it smells like smoke I was asked to sign a waiver that no one would be no smoking in the room but the room smell like smoke I was totally disgusted with the setup of the room and on top of that I lost $250 for the stay which I never stay one night and no one has reimbursed me YET at this point. And it's been 3 weeks it's a dump.👎👎👎

Dear Guest Services Team, I am writing to formally request a full refund to the original form of payment for our recent stay due to multiple unresolved issues that rendered the accommodations unacceptable. Please note that we do not have photographs of the conditions. We arrived late at night, were extremely fatigued, and were informed that a room change might be available the following day. Under those circumstances, we reasonably expected the situation to be corrected and did not anticipate the need to document the issues. Additionally, we spent most of our time outside the hotel visiting family and only returned late at night, further limiting our opportunity to take photos. On the first night, the room had a strong, abnormal odor consistent with mold or chemical fumes, possibly from stripped floors or freshly painted walls. The odor was overwhelming and made it difficult to sleep. Despite reporting this to the front desk, no alternate room was available that night. The room was also inadequately stocked for three guests, with insufficient towels and blankets, and requests for additional linens were not fulfilled promptly. The situation was compounded by a clogged sink, creating unsanitary and inconvenient conditions. On the second night, although we were moved to a different room, the odor issue persisted. The carpeting smelled strongly of dogs, cigarettes, and possibly mold, despite our request for a non-smoking room. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast adver

I've stayed in a La Quinta before and it was really nice. This one was the polar opposite. The lobby was dingy and looked rough. The guy checking us in didn’t mention anything about the Wi-Fi or the breakfast that was included. I was hoping the room would be better than the lobby. No such luck. The door paint was chipping off. Inside the room had a bad, musty smell. There was a gap underneath the exterior door that was big enough to let light in. The furniture was old and there was mold under the glass of the pictures that were hanging crooked on the wall. The worst, though, was the tub and shower. There was mildew on the walls and they had patched the tub in lots of places. Thankfully the bed was clean. This hotel is badly in need of renovations and very run down.

WE DID NOT STAY IN THE ROOM. It was unsanitary and had faulty electric that caused the lights to flash nonstop. We have been trying to obtain a refund for days. The hotel concierge told us to call Expedia and that once Expedia called they would have no problem refunding the room. We have called Expedia several times and have two open cases but for some reason there is no communication happening between Expedia and la Quinta. I have no idea which one of you is at fault but I’ll never be using either of your services again. You can keep your little in app credit. Give me my money back.

There was discarded trash from the previous guests on the floor when we entered the room. The room had not been cleaned.
The sheets were heavily stained on the duvet and there was a significant amount of hair and dirt on the inside of the sheets as well.

Stopped in for an overnight trip expecting to literally just sleep here so I wasn't expecting anything fancy. Finally got to our room and while I was taking a shower, TWO SHOWER TILES FELL OFF THE WALL. I called tje front desk and they asked me to BRING THEM THE SHOWER TILES??? So I complied, and the clerk told me to have a nice day. I asked to switch rooms with a functioning shower, and he told me no. There was also a complimentary coffee machine, with no pot.

I booked a room thru Expedia for my son when my son arrived the hotel my card was charge again for the room meaning I was charged twice and on top of that my son was asked for another $100 deposit when I called the hotel to dispute the charges made to my card. There was no one at the front desk. I was told to speak to someone at the front desk. I have to call after 7 PM as they don’t have a life personnel, but before I was told that I had to call a total of three times and left on the phone for a total of 15 to 20 minutes each time horrible customer service
