For the most part this property was pretty good. The Wi-Fi was not great the first night when trying to do some work but was fine the next 2 days. The only negative thing was there's only a wall A/C unit, it was located in the bedroom, so the room felt great, however when you went into the kitchen/tv area, there was a difference of at least 10-12 degrees even though the rooms weren't that big, so hard to spend time in thst room. The property was extremely close to the beach and other dining options. The staff was extremely nice. Wish the pool was located in the center of the property instead of near the front. The beach chairs could be a little newer, but overall we had a very pleasant experience

A block from beach. Quaint, older hotel, old Florida days…but clean and having kitchen is very helpful. Staff were very friendly!

I like that this property offered beach chairs and towels, an early check in. And a low rate for a late check out. I also liked that this property was close to the beach and clean. And the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

This was a last minute stay for one night. We arrived 2 hours early and were greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk. We were provided a room within a half hour. It was small but clean and had everything we needed. The Boardwalk, restaurants and beach were just steps away. Would happily stay at this very affordable place again.
