I had no problems with the room itself. It was clean and well kept. I had packages sent to the hotel prior to my arrival and received all but one. Amazon tracker said it was delivered but hotel said they didn’t receive it. $30 down the drain

I was disappointed when we checked in and got a room with a dirty bath tub and towels, but Jeri at the front desk apologized and immediately put us in a temporary room while a room type we reserved was cleaned. Jeri spoke to housekeeping and ensured our new room was properly cleaned before we went in. Most of the staff were friendly and courteous but kudos to Jeri for her excellent customer service! 😊

I was in Florida to visit my father. I may not stay at this property again when I visit. I got 3 large spider bites on my legs the first night. These bites made me miserable for 3 days. Also, the area with King beds had no hot water so I stayed in a double queen room with hot water. This room was wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the sink had NO vanity. Just a free standing sink. No place for toothbrush, razor, combs, etc, etc. I had to put all my bathroom products out by the TV area. Very inconvenient. So, no, I don't know if I will stay at this hotel again. On the upside, the breakfast was fine and the dining area was clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The room itself was not as clean or up to date as expected. Very outdated, bathroom tub stained and dirty. Under the sink had missing pieces of the wall.

The hotel’s location is perfect. The rooms were clean and cozy. Only issue was it took forever to get clean towels brought to the room and my A/C unit made some weird noise that made it difficult to sleep.

Well the hot boiler went when I checked in on Sunday. Was told it was going to be fixed yesterday after 3pm. Well it wasn’t fixed we was taking cold Showers. Told us we could get hot water from front desk and that was a lie.

No Hot Water for Two Days

My room was delayed for two hours after the 3 pm check-in because apparently all of the room were used over the weekend and they weren’t ready at check-in. There was no hot water available for my two nights because the water heater broke. I understand that things like this are out of people’s control but I just have to be honest and say I might not return because it’s a lot of money for me to stay there for my personal budget and if I can’t get hot water or room at the time I check-in, I might have to try other locations.
