Everything was perfect!! Beautiful hotel and environment around the hotel,clean establishment, very close to beach access, from our balcony and bed we had an excellent view of the body of water where boats travel behind the hotel . Top notch!!

I had a generally pleasant stay at the Kenmore Village Hotel. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and I was especially impressed by the convenience and accessibility of the parking, which is a rare find in Miami Beach. The location is also perfect for exploring the area. However, the post-checkout service regarding a lost item was quite disappointing. After checking out on February 13, my wife realized she had left her white light down jacket on a hanger in our room. I contacted the front desk immediately, and the staff promised to follow up with me after checking with the housekeeping team. Despite this, I received no updates. I had to call the front desk several times myself to eventually be told the item had not been found. What is more frustrating is that I also sent a formal inquiry to the hotel’s main information email address, but I have not received any response to that as well. I even reached out via the Expedia app on the day of checkout, but that too remains unanswered. While we enjoyed the hotel’s physical amenities and convenience, the lack of communication and proactive service regarding this matter has been a letdown.

The room was in great condition and the staff seemed well. They sent text messages checking on you and responded very fast on everything. However, they never executed on none of the requests. My shower was very cold and my room never got cleaned. Never got towels or wash cloths. I had to go to the front desk to get them, even though I requested room service and towels. I loved the hotel though, but that was my only issue.

Wasn’t very clear about the extra $41.00 per day on top of the rent if the hotel for valet. And there is no option for you to park for free or any visitors have to pay as well. I would have gone to a more expensive hotel if I knew I was paying nearly as much as I did

Room spotless.Pool and Spa were clean. Staff was friendly. The only thing I had a problem with was there were two couples that arrived at the bar fully intoxicated. They sat down next to us and ordered drinks and started to get out of control and loud and obnoxious and ruined my dinner experience and continually bothered me while I was on a call. Isnt it against the law to serve patrons that obviously intoxicated???

Nicely updated hotel- huge rooms, even tho oddly configured. Our room had a fridge & Kuerig coffee machine. Close to the beach, had a lovely pool/whirlpool & exercise area. We arrived very early after getting off a cruise ship & they allowed early check in - 5 hrs early for a $25 charge. So worth it! Very nice surrounding area & about a 20 min walk to a grocery store. Would stay here again if cruising out of Port Lauderdale- was about a 15 min rideshare away.
