Allowed for children to run around outside hotel rooms screaming at 11 pm at night as well as had a loud reception that could be heard all throughout the lobby and into the rooms until midnight. When front desk notified they couldn’t have cared less.

Love the hotel lobby and bar. The rooms are great and I love that the ac doesn’t turn on and off. Beds are very comfortable. My only complaint is paying fur parking through 3rd party.

The Hilton property was fine but be warned that they outsource their parking to a 3rd party operator. Their rudimentary phone app to reserve/pay did not provide a phone number for help. It’s too bad this Hilton just doesn’t add parking to the room charge instead of using a predatory service. It really cheapens the experience.
