The flat was a lovely location for visiting downtown Ft Collins! The host, Stacy, was always in touch from booking all the way through check-out. Parking in the location indicated by the host was very hit and miss as it seems there are a number of businesses that operate out of the complex and car park was often full during the day, so parked in front of the unit, but no issue arose from that. There was someone on my floor that was either vaping or smoking cannabis, which was a very unpleasant smell! The flat was very clean, apart from the pillows and duvet…they also need washed as well as the covers as there was an unpleasant body odour smell from them, even though the covers themselves were clean. The flat could also do with some blackout curtains in the bedrooms. As for overall experience, it was more pleasant than not. There was plenty of space, the walk-in closet upstairs was a bonus and the kitchen and bathroom facilities all worked excellently with no issues. The air conditioning was excellent. Especially liked the use of a washer/dryer.
