What an awesome place for us!! Room, staff, amenities ALL!! We were given top notch greetings and service for everything!! I walked into the lobby, and three staff members were in some sort of discussion at the front desk. I have no issue with this except no one even looked up to acknowledge me and say a quick hi. I checked in, but received an email from my CC an hour later and the total charge was over $100 more than my original booking price. Inquired next morning and was told there was a $100 incidental fee that would be removed when i left, and additional state fees. This should have been communicated to me at check in. Not a good experience at all.
