Missed cleaning one day out of ten but rest was good. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Lounge bar attached to hotel. Generally very good but at weekends a victim of its own success. Open to the public, it can be hard to get in. Food outlets attached to hotel give great choice for all meals.

Every time I come to Fort Collins, this is where I love to stay. The rooms are incredibly comfortable. The bedding is heaven and the staff is top-notch always so kind fun and professional. The speakeasy in the lower level is really fun great vibes.

Staff is wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. They were even able to accommodate our request to stay in the same room (from a previous stay). The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Walking distance from shopping, dining, and concert venue. Staff immediately responded when our smoke detector battery died at 4:30 a.m. This is our go to hotel when we have a weekend getaway in Ft. Collins.
