Super cute - easy stay. Just as pictured. Loved being able to walk to the beach, enjoyed looking out for sea life, and was quick to get to everything we wanted to enjoy.

We had a great stay at this tiny house. It was small but very comfortable and had everything we needed. The space was thoughtfully set up and felt cozy and welcoming.The host provided amazing recommendations and helpful info on things to do in the area, which made our trip even better. The location was perfect, and the town itself was so fun with incredibly friendly people everywhere we went.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at the Boat House. It had the amenities we needed (linens, toiletries, cleaning, cooking), and the location was fantastic right on the water. There was enough space for my family to comfortably hang out, cook, eat, and play games, and the environment was relaxing. Would stay again!

Small & cute but equipped with all necessities. My husband and two young adult children loved that it was walkable to late night eats and a beach. It was convenient to take our puppy out as well. Very quiet place and it felt safe. Looking forward to staying here again.

Just the perfect place.

We loved our time here! We hope to visit again! We loved the beds. SOOOO comfortable. Super Clean and next to a ton of wonderful places to eat. We love this place and plan on returning soon!

The Boat House is nicely equipped. We found it very clean and easy to navigate finding things. Instructions for care are common courtesy when using someone else's property--nothing onerous. The master bed was delightfully comfortable. We had no little ones, so did not take advantage of the loft area. (Would be a real treat for little people!) We really enjoyed watching the entertainment offered by the sealions, gulls, turkey vultures, and boat traffic from the front porch and the deck. Watching the local fishermen unload at the dock next door was fun. They were amazingly quiet! The setting was peaceful and calm for our stay. The 'neighbors' were all friendly. The food within walking distance was fresh, delicious, and all provided generous portions. It was a real treat to stay at the Boat House on Noyo Bay. We will repeat in the future. :-)

Special experience!

We loved the Boat House! It was so cute and clean, and we enjoyed watching the boats go in and out of the harbor! Restaurants were so close and had great seafood! We will stay again!

Great location and view

The location and property are amazing. The view of the sunset off of the deck was fantastic. Tiny house had everything you needed. It was a great spot to have my dog, the beach is in easy walking distance and all the other trails in Mendocino along the coast are easy to get to. Also nice to have lunch and dinner options in easy walking distance.

Small package, big prize

We loved our time at the Boat House. The place was immaculate and well-appointed with all the necessities. The location is amazing, right on a pier next to the water. The highlight was spotting some seals swimming right in front of the house. Great little place to get away to.
