Romántico, limpio, cómodo y privado

El paraíso sueco es uno de los mejores alquileres de Folly. Esta moderna casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra en uno de los puntos más angostos de la isla. Como puede ver en nuestro mapa, está a una corta distancia a pie de la playa. Cada habitación tiene un balcón con vista al pantano y al río.

Esta casa ofrece la relajación tranquila del lado del río de la isla con fácil acceso a la playa. Disfrute de una cena tranquila en el porche trasero o el baño de sol en una de las terrazas privadas abiertas del segundo piso.

Los diseñadores de esta casa hicieron un excelente trabajo al configurar la casa elegante con líneas limpias y accesorios modernos.

Los perros bien tratados, quebrantados de casa y tratados con pulgas son bienvenidos con aprobación, pero no hay un patio cercado, por lo que tendrían que caminar con una correa. Tenga en cuenta que no se permiten perros en la playa entre las 10:00 a.m. y las 6:00 p.m. del 1 de mayo al 30 de septiembre.

This was our second time staying here. The house is so comfortable and truly has everything you need. The walk to the beach is very short and is never super crowded. The house is also great for a toddler!

This was our second time renting this house. The floor plan is ideal. Lots of balcony space to enjoy the view of the marsh and its fauna. I usually cook every night and appreciate the open floor plan of the living room, dining space, and kitchen.

Great Folly Beach location

Our family loved the marsh views and quick access to the beach. Easy to walk dogs on the street. Several visits from a mother deer and her two babies was exciting.

Perfect spot for our family

Stayed here for a week with our three children. Very quiet location with quick, walkable access to the beach. Spent many evenings relaxing on the back deck overlooking the marsh. If you are looking for the perfect mix of relaxation and access to fun, this is the place to stay!

The beach house had an odor like water damage and carpet needs to be updated and walls needs to be painted. That would help the appearance of the house and wouldn’t cost much. The ceiling in the upstairs bathroom had mold on it. It appeared throughout the whole house some water damage. I hate to sound critical but it definitely needs improvements. Thank you

Folly Stay

They house in a beautiful and peaceful area away from the noise and crowd but close enough to get there easily. Just a quick walk to the beach and nice deck views of the marsh. A Couple of repairs are needed. One Of the shower heads and an outside deck door handle broke off. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it.

Spacious house just a short walk to the beach

My group of 4 stayed here for a week and we very much enjoyed it! It was a short walk to the beach, had spacious bedrooms, good porch area, and a complete kitchen. The property is a bit older with some older fixtures and could be more deeply cleaned, but it had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay!

Great location

The place was very good. Located on the marsh but just a short 2min walk to the beach. The cleaning crew could have been a little more thorough but nothing against the property or the renter. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location for walking to the beach

We stayed for two weeks at this beach house & had a great time. It’s close walking distance to some of the best surfing on the island. The back of the house is on the marsh, through the deck & one upstairs bedroom you have a nice view. The owner is super kind & helpful. The property was clean & we had no issues.

Family Fun at Folly

The property was everything it said and more! Comfy beds, lovely linens, plenty of space, multiple balconies with great views, a sturdy porch swing and a well-equipped kitchen for family meal preparation. The booking and check-in processes were great, communication was prompt and friendly. We had a great time!
