We absolutely loved our stay! This house is adorable and so comfortable in a quiet neighborhood with a very short walk to beach access. It has a peaceful view of the marsh (we even saw some deer!) and is decorated in a very stylish way. It has so much storage space and a fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfy and everything was perfect… we will definitely be back to this house! Thank you!

Lovely September Beach Week

Great home located a short two blocks to the beach. Also spent time in Charleston which was an easy 30 minute drive. The town of Folly Beach has a nice assortment of bars and restaurants. All in all a terrific week!

Fall Break

We enjoyed the home, location and quiet neighborhood. The home was well updated and well stocked. The beach access was right outside the neighborhood entrance which was very accommodating.

A Very Merry Christmas!

Our family stayed @ Spartina over Christmas; it was an ideal housing solution for us; we could visit with family in the SC lowcountry over the holidays and have Spartina as our homebase---a perfectly updated beach cottage.

First time to SC

House met all our needs and more for our first time in Charleston/Folly Beach. Clean house, comfortable beds, easy walk to beach and 30 minute drive into historic Charleston- what else do you need. We didn’t want to leave! Explored everywhere. Can’t wait to return.

Peaceful Retreat

We stayed at this beach house for four nights and didn’t want to leave. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. The ocean was in closer proximity than I thought — making it an easy commute for watching the sunrise every morning. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were super cozy. Quiet neighborhood & close to everything.The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Honestly, this place gave us everything we were hoping for: peace, comfort, and ocean air. We’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Great Folly stay

This is a very nice property and great location. We were able to walk to beaches. Very close to everything. Super nice place. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Everything you needed to prepare meals. The sun room was a great bonus to have in the morning for enjoying your morning coffee. Just a great place. You must be able to climb stairs or this is not thechouse for you.

Awesomeness!

Our little family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spartina House! The house was a nice fit for us. The wife & I enjoyed it as did our 2 year toddler twins. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay an extra day & our request was immediately approved with ease. The $250 credit from Vayk was nice as well as we rented a couple of bicycles for our stay. Traveling to & from downtown Charleston was quick & easy. We look forward to returning soon!

Nice property and location

The property was accurately represented in the description. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. The location is perfect for those that want to be walking distance to the beach but off the main road. The only thing I would caution renters with is the condition of the beds, especially in the master. The mattresses are worn and need to be replaced. With better mattresses the property could certainly be 4, maybe 5, stars.

Family get away

Great property with obvious improvements & some in progress. Nice additions included 4 tvs, recliner in living room, large dining table, sun room, general bathroom updates. Improvements recommended are (1) much-needed double mattress in upstairs bedroom (sagged badly in the middle), (2) more paper goods & trash bags provided for a party of 6 for the week (we purchased & left some), (3) leaky plumbing prevented use of outdoor shower, (4) no hot pads (we purchased & left 2), (5) more chairs on back porch would be nice, (6) more towel rods in the upstairs bathroom and (7) wine fridge exterior seat & dripped excessively onto the floor.
