There are some plumbing issues with the lower two en-suites that should be addressed. Toilets overflowed and drains were slow. There is minor mold in some of the showers. Overall, the property is very nice.

House had a wonderfully open and spacious floor plan. Located directly on the beach. At peak season, the beach was not crowded at that location (the perfect distance away from boardwalk and "downtown"). We could also easily walk to shops, restaurants and church. We had an absolute blast!

We loved this property from the moment we walked into the home. It was open and had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The space worked out for our family. So convenient to be able to walk out to the beach. The pier was an easy 10min walk, as was the nearby restaurants and shops. We had beach chairs, and an umbrella delivered to the house and they were there when we arrived. We hope to be able to return in the future.

Birthday celebration

Had a wonderful time. Property is gorgeous, and location is perfect. Worked very well for four adult couples. Though we had no problems, management seemed very accessible and professional. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful and most Peaceful Property

This home and location was amazing. Exactly as it was described! We will definitely be renting this home again!!! One little side note… not one hair dryer in the house! Be sure to bring one! Haha, it was the one time I forgot mine!!

Family vacation

Nice property, but was surprised how sparsely equipped it was. Could have done alot better with amenities. For a house that sleeps 10 there wasnt near enough cooking and serving dishes and utensils. 2 dishwasher packs for a 5 day stay was silly. Frying pans were either in really bad shape or way too small.

Great stay

A great house for our group of 4 couples (in our 50s). Comfortable, modern, right on the beach, nice porch, close (but not too close) to town. The only drawbacks were: 1) all bedrooms open to "great room", so those who wanted to go to bed early were easily disturbed by those who wanted to stay up; and 2) upstairs bathroom is shared (when it seems like there is plenty of room to have it made into two bedrooms). These were not big problems for us, just things to keep in mind. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it.

Great Home with Great Views

The house was great. Clean, roomy and comfortable. Views of the beach/ocean are outstanding. The beds were very sleepable. Issues over no heat, no working washing machine, and no lighting in the bathroom were quickly fixed after being reported. The refigerator had a strong fish odor even after repeated cleanings. The deck window exteriors needed to be cleaned by my wife to appreciate views of beach/ocean.

Highschool reunion

House is spacious and a great location. The house was very clean when we arrived. Great views of the beach from everywhere with a spacious deck. The house shows some wear from being a beach front property. The only issue we had was an automated noise sensor is installed at the home. We received noise notifications via email constantly. They were annoying.

Great house

We arrived and were immediately impressed by this house. Everything was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures online. There was a beautiful view of the ocean from everywhere in the house. Could have used some newer outdoor furniture, but not a big issue for us. The host was very responsive to all my questions and was able to accommodate early check in, which was not guaranteed at booking. I would definitely stay here again.
