Our stay was less than expected. The room was very small, nowhere to put luggage, the bathroom was horrible with the sink actually being in the bed area. The room did not match pictures and we found the accommodations were terrible for the price paid.

A bit hard to figure out the check in when you don't have data, but once we got in it was great. Lots of nice extras like a welcome chocolate and free expresso and biscuits. Great location.

This place is really hard to review! The front desk people deserved a star. However, the stairs, hallways, rooms need major renovation. It looks sketchy😂 We were given the wrong key to enter the front door. Luckily, there’s always some guest who let us in. This is a great location. We only stayed for 2 nights do it wasn’t that bad. The price is considerably reasonable especially it’s a central location. The number they have outside definitely needs to be updated. This is not really a hotel so make sure you plan your arrival time with them since there’s no front desk 24 hours. Overall, the front desk people deserves a raise for being so accommodating. Place needs improvement.

The guesthouse was very convenient to the train station and all the attractions in the city. It was a little difficult to find - there are two houses with the same number 43 - but google maps took us to the correct one and there was a plaque with "Soggiorno Arcobaleno" by the doorbell. There are several rooms on the 2nd floor of the house - and they seemed to be well furnished, spacious and modern looking. The owners were very friendly and helpful - especially during ever changing Covid rules. Breakfast was served at the nearby cafe - croissant, sandwich, hot drink and freshly squeezed orange juice - all delicious. We took it to go and ate at the park or back in the apartment. There was a nice coffee machine in the lobby and refrigerator/microwave, tea pot in the room. I would stay again.

It wasn't a typical hotel, it's a guest house with a 4 floor walk up. I had a heavy suitcase and wasn't really expecting that. The room was clean and cute, again, there are 3 sets of keys involved and you're in a space that's more of a house with apartments. It was cute and clean and the owners were so nice and helpful. There isn't a door person and late at night you need your phone flash light to navigate to the rooms. Overall it was in a very walkable area, it was safe and I sent well. They give you vouchers for a croissant and drink at a neighboring gelato place with a beautiful garden.
