This hotel is conveniently located near Santa Maria Novella station. The rooms are tidy and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast could be a bit better, but overall, it's a good place to stay.

Great hotel with an excellent location for exploring Florence. Housekeeping kept my room and the rest of the hotel sparkling clean. All of the staff I interacted with were professional and kind. While the room had convenient modern amenities, it also had old world charm.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the Mercato Centrale. The room was a little dated and the shower was very tight but overall it was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Marco at the front desk who gave us some great suggestions for places to see and eat.
