Wonderful! We booked based on reviews and our 3 days there were very relaxing. 2BR suite was spacious and comfortable, staff was very friendly, buffet was excellent. We’ll be back!

The beach is gorgeous!! Staff was helpful and friendly. Food was average, The only way to get an umbrella on the beach is to rent one…….we had never stayed at a resort that does this. Also, the swim up bar lounge chairs are never free. Towels must be placed at midnight !! Also, water in that pool really smells like urine 😵‍💫

The staff & food were excellent. The room wasn’t as we had expected close to the water or with a good ocean view. It might have been better if we’d had a room on a higher floor. It also didn’t have bathrobes, slippers or beach towels and in the bathroom the body lotion dispenser was constantly leaking. It was also difficult to get a spot on the beach loungers as some guests ‘reserved’ them with towels early in the morning but didn’t use them till much later in the day. It would be good for the hotel to have some policy around that.
