Nice House, Great Location

We stayed here for a wedding. It was clean and spacious. It worked well for our needs.Slow down when getting close to the house. You will pass it and have to do a u-turn.

Great trip out west!

Great house

Went up for a small guys trip to board. House was very spacious and plenty of things to do. We enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong. Hot tub heated up quickly. Plenty of towels for the group. Everything worked as described.

Great location & amazing hot tub

This location is perfect to downtown flagstaff, it’s in a quiet neighborhood and has a unique layout especially good for multiple families or friends. The hot tub was amazing and a nice addition to the house. Would stay again!

Great for Families

Place was very nice and spacious. The hot tub in the cold weather was very nice. Grill is clean and in good shape and they even had a pack and play and high chair for our young daughter. The ping pong table is really nice and the bunk room was perfect for our 4 boys. Can't wait for our next trip.

Arizona Adventure

The property was perfect for our family vacation. We used it as a home base for our northern Arizona adventure. We had 5 adults and 2 children. The kids were able to have their own area with bunk beds, a game room and tv. The hot tub was a hit with everyone after a day of sightseeing.

Excellent!

Beautiful home that is well equipped. It's in the middle of everything and has easy access to the highway. The owners are quick to respond to messages. I would definitely stay here again. The house is spread out enough that you aren't on top of each other. My son even deemed the play room area as the boys apartment.

Great Family Stay

Our family spent a week at this property and had a great time. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. In fact there were areas of the home we didn’t need to use since it was so large. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The neighborhood was very quiet other than a little bit of traffic noise from the highway that runs along the back of the property. It was very convenient to get to grocery stores, restaurants, and various other attractions in Flagstaff. The only thing that would have been nice was to have curtains in each of the bedrooms to block some noise, light, and provide a greater sense of privacy. Overall a great place to stay and we would return if our travels ever take us back to Flagstaff.

Awesome Stay!!

We enjoyed this house so much! There were 9 of us total and I was worried we’d be a little cramped but the home is really spacious with lots of hangout areas and good size rooms. We loved the modern decor, it was very comfortable (beds too!) and very clean with a well stocked and organized kitchen. Our day trips to Sedona and Grand Canyon were perfect from this location! We would absolutely stay here again!

Flagstaff house near NAU

We were in Flagstaff for my son's graduation from NAU and the house was a perfect place for our family to stay! Close to NAU and lots of sleeping area. My kids and my niece and nephew had a great time with the ping pong and foosball tables. The large table was also great for card games and board games! The kitchen was nicely equipped and the grill was really nice to have. The host was responsive when we had any questions.

Nice house

The house was beautiful and clean, and the neighborhood was lovely. There is a busy street that the house is up against which was a bit noisy, but overall great place. The owners are very nice, thorough, but come across a bit anxious about people staying in their home (maybe they’ve had a bad experience or something). For me, there were too many messages sent from the owners regarding the “rules” of the house and the checkout process. I didn’t go a day without getting a notification, which for some that may be great, but for me I wanted to relax and have less notifications. I think a suggestion would be to send all the information the day before check in and then have a book/binder at the house that also contained this information (i.e. check out process, house rules/guidelines, things to do around town etc). I love it when places have this. I would stay again.
