"I have always stayed in Marriot hotels. We decided to stay at this Hilton because it looked very clean and spacious on the web. I booked a suite on the ocean side 4th floor that sleeps 6 people. When we arrived my suite was no longer available so they upgraded us to a cabana suite ground floor oceanside. 1st. problem no inside access to the suite a 70 yd. walk outside in the rain with all our stuff. 2nd problem suite was very old and worn out. 3rd problem no internet for the whole 3 days there.4th problem other room we had was on the 15th floor with the elevators not working 50% of the time. one of the times we couldn't get an elevator to work we were lucky to have a staff member on that floor and brought us down in there service elevator. We were there for a 3 day visit with our son and daughter and 3 grandkids from 2 different states. Suite was listed for $659 per night I paid $259 + $50 a day parking + $25 per day Resort fee and not to mention Breakfast buffet 3 adults and 2 kids under 5 yr. old $102.Best advice don't go.
