We did not eat breakfast as there was not much there to choose from. When we arrived the front desk gentleman was extremely rude. The room wasn't very clean. There was a terrible noise that literally sounded like a dance club above us. We were offered a different room but told it would be pointless since the noise would still be heard from another room. So we suffered through. Strangely enough the noise was almost quiet come morning. When checking out we had a different front desk worker but he was equally as rude

Room was clean, not enough towels for 3 adults, didn't have the soap/shampoo pumps you see everywhere so we had to find a store to buy things. Served the purpose for what we were in town for. Breakfast was awesome

I normally don’t give bad reviews however I’ve gotta say that we stayed there for convenience it’s close to my Mom’s home. We asked to check in early 1 hour and they couldn’t accommodate okay no problem there are rules we have to follow. I called 3 weeks in advance and was told that we had to go to 2nd floor we proceed to put all of our luggage on the cart to get on an elevator now the attendant watched us load our things and when we got in we asked where the elevator was and he was like yeah I saw you loading your things and we don’t have a elevator. We went to our room and ordered something to eat and when we were leaving the door wouldn’t lock so we had to run downstairs the door couldn’t be fixed so we had to move then we had to call the place we ordered the food from to tell them we were going to be late. We also moved into a double bedroom with a queen size bed and we had a king. I couldn’t cancel so we had to deal with it. Unless they do some major upgrades it’s a major NO to staying at Best Western
