3 adults. So we needed the pull out. It literally looked like there was a blood sacrifice on the mattress. We could not even stay there - horrific and repulsive . Filthy filthy filthy location . I spoke w man behind counter and he literally ignored my comment.

Room was awful, didn’t smell clean, bathtub and sink clogged, dirty walls, old everything! Needs major overhaul, starting with the rug. We only stayed because we were so tired but I hardly slept, the odor didn’t help. Breakfast left much to be desired, coffee was awful. I have stayed at better less expensive hotels, for the money I paid I expected better😩

Room smelled, I understand pets are welcome but perhaps removing the carpeting in the room would reduce the skunk smell that permeated the room. Upon arrival I was approached by a homeless man right in front of the office looking for money to buy something to eat. I declined to help but prior to going to my room, I stopped to buy dinner for myself. The man was at BoJangles so I purchased him a meal of his choice. When I went to my room the key fob didn’t work so back to the office I went. I was assigned another room. Possibly a dead battery in the door. Surprised that this isn’t checked. 4:30 AM went outside the room so my dog could pee. I was again approached by another homeless man. This scared me that right outside my door was this man asking me to buy tools he was selling so his family could stay in their room. I turned him down and promptly returned to my room. About an hour later, I went back outside to allow my dog to urinate since we were interrupted earlier. Thankfully he wasn’t there. The door closed to the room and the key fob didn’t work again. Back to the office and a kind gentleman let me in. He thought the lock might be frozen. I returned to the room and was able get in. The gentleman was walking to my room to assist but since I got in I was set. I then packed up my belongings and went to the lobby for breakfast. Quick bowl of cereal and brought my key to the desk. Told the gentleman about the 2 homeless men. Would I stay here again. Absolutely would not!

Items in the room didn't work properly. Things like the microwave, lamps, the knob in the shower for the water. We had to turn the heater unit up to 90, for it to warm the room up The rug in the room was very dirty, like it never been shampoo in year.

J’ai été très déçu de cet hôtel premièrement on a dû tenter d’entré dans la chambre impossible donc la fille de l’entrée est venu et elle nous a changer de chambre à trois reprises avant de pouvoir entrer c’était degueulasse ça sentais la cigarette et le renvoi d’eau il avait des trous tout partout et du poter avait été installé tout croche,le siège de toilette ne tenait pas du tout et la toilette était toute salle et quoi dire du bain et la douche était très malpropre et pas de pression d’eau et quand on est arriver dans le lit les draps était salles et tout tache et j’arrête car j’aurais encore a dire Je ne sais pas qui évalue les hôtels mais c’est rés mal évaluer Moi est ce que j’ai un retour de sous pour cela ou un recours car je suis partit tellement de bon heure incapable de coucher dans cet hôtel Est ce que vous allez me rembourser car c’est ce que je demande à Hôtel.com ???????????J’attend de vos nouvelles en français et si pas de réponse je vais faire autre chose c’est certain
