The room was very nice and the check in lady she was very nice and helpful, the check out lady was to, the room was very nice my only issue was that the tub was dirty but overall I had a nice room and a wonderful experience with the check in and check out ladies. I will return

This hotel should have gotten 5 Stars. Staff pleasant, everything's clean, nice and quiet. But the bath has a shower that we couldn't figure out how to turn on. Turns out you have to turn spout to get shower to turn on, but shower didn't have enough pressure to turn on. Disappointing. enough pressure

The handicap room we were given, was NOT made for anyone who really needed assistance. No grab rails at all except for a small one at opening of tub. None near toilet. For a hotel this nice and expensive, you would think that this would be addressed. Very disappointed.

Everything was pretty good except, I’ve been in the same room now 3 or 4 times in a row and the room definitely needs a new mattress and better pillows. The pillows are an absolute joke. I can barely sleep they’re so terrible. The rest of the hotel is pretty nice. It’s clean and smells nice
