Great house, it was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the hot tub overlooking the river. Great communication with the host before and during the trip. Very close to town but still felt seclusion. Kitchen very well stocked for all our needs. Would definitely stay again!

This was an absolute, dream home! Close to town and close to the Rocky Mountains! If you plan on going to Estes Park, plan on staying here! They had all the amenities!

This is our 2nd year of staying at this home for our leadership retreat. It's such a great house and location in Estes Park. We hope to stay here for many years. The bed/bath situation is perfect for our team and we really enjoy all the different spaces for breakaway meetings. Love the kitchen and hot tub!

The property was in an excellent location. An easy walk to Estes Park. The house was excellent for us, a group of 8 women. Great spaces to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Plentiful comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The communication was excellent and timely. We had a few issues during our stay but management handled promptly. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a wonderful visit to Estes Park and RMNP. Like others have mentioned previously, the deck is in disrepair.

This house is beautiful and very spacious. There were 6 of us and everyone had their own space. The owner provided lots of games outside of having a game and foosball table. No one was bored at all. The jacuzzi on the deck was enjoyed at night. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. I’ve never rented a house where so much was provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. The house was very very clean and the owner’s manual provided all the information needed during our stay. I highly recommend this beautiful house. Simply beautiful!!!

Our group really enjoyed our stay at the Luxury Mtn Home on Fall River! Pros:1. Spacious & Updated - This is a beautiful home!2. A lot of amenities (hot tub, deck over-looking the River, grill)3. Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, storage containers & spices.) 4. Location! 5 minute walk to Cinnamon’s Bakery (famous for their cinnamon buns), 20 - 25 minute walk to town. 5. Garage that fits 3 vehiclesCons:1. Texted the owner about a maintenance issue. Received a response that they would try to get someone out to fix the issue, but never heard back. 2. Deck is in need of repair. Wear shoes when walking around and when getting in and out of the hot tub. 3. People that are staying in homes nearby will use the driveway as a pass through (walking & driving) so be careful when backing out of the garage. 4. Construction trash in the garage (watch out for nails and screws)

Beautiful home with excellent features. 3 King suites with comfy beds and ample room for a family or group to find their own space. The littles loved the bunk room. Fully equipped kitchen that was very handy. We so enjoy the river proximity and the hot tub was great. Nice wooded area but also minutes from downtown. No AC but easily comfortable with tons of windows and plentiful box fans if desired. We were grateful for inside parking for all three cars. We really enjoyed our stay at River House.

Wonderful River Location

Beautiful property with amazing river and wildlife views! A family of elk visited on our first day and my granddaughter was able to see the beauty of Estes as soon as we arrived. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful!

This house and location were perfect for our family gathering. The house was so well stocked with many thoughtful amenities. Karine was very easy to communicate with and the local maintenance contact was prompt to come help us when the pilot light was out on the fireplaces. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect palace for a leadership retreat!!

We chose this location for our leadership retreat knowing we needed the number of bedrooms for everyone. It was great in so many ways. Not only was everything as listed in the description, but so much more. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms all updated. If you love to take a bath, the master bath is amazing!! All the different living spaces worked great for breakout sessions and gave everyone a place to relax. The kitchen was decked out with everything you would need to cook a meal for a large group and it was great that we didn't have to do dishes all the time, since there were plenty to get us thru the day. The location to main street Estes was perfect too. This is definitely a location we would book again for our retreat next year!!

Big house
