The room was nice, sheets and comforter had stains, the toilet was clean, but the bathtub seems to be forgotten about when cleaned. The property is close to downtown and 3 miles from RMNP.

The room was very old and the carpet was very stained, wasn't very clean, the tubs drain was clogged, no kleenex, very cheaply done and found it hard to navigate the TV. I won't stay again as I don't like not having a real person available to solve problems.

The resort is nestled between the mountains and a small stream. There was a beautiful walking path next to the river.Next time I would likely choose one of the individual cabins which have barbecues, hammocks and Adirondack chairs.

Cabin was nicely renovated and clean. Advertised as sleeping 6 but the “pull out” was a tiny futon that barely slept my 8/10yos and definitely wouldn’t have fit anyone bigger. It was also hard as a rock so they did not sleep well for 2 nights. Sheets were missing upon check in and we had to call multiple times to get assistance. Once we got thru, he came up immediately for us tho. The fixtures in the bathroom were all lose and the toilet wobbled. It looks like they did a quick Reno and didn’t work on the finishes. It looks pretty but the handles were falling off and the shower didn’t drain well at all and we were left standing in a deep puddle almost immediately. Location was great tho and the restaurant close by was good. Washing our dishes wasn’t a problem but proper cleaning supplies is important- an old sponge sitting there already dirty on check in didn’t make us feel clean at all. Would def stay here again and recommend but they need to check the small stuff and make sure the home is properly ready. We stayed in cabin 1.

Easy to check in. The room was clean and quiet. The bed wasn't the highest quality but for the price was fine. There's a nice restaurant right across we walked to. The hotel is right on a creek and lots of areas the have a cookout or bonfire along it.

Out of town. No shops nearby. Self checkin with lockbox. Staff available by phone. Prompt reply to issues. Next door restaurant but not open for breakfast. I expected a balcony by river but believe it was my error. Overall, a nice quiet room in wooded area.

Fantastic place to stay. Amazing value. Property was immaculate. There is a restaurant adjacent to the property. The room was beautifuly decorated. Shower was amazing. Nice hot water. Consistent flow. Room had all the amenities that you would desire for a comfortable night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Ample supply of pillows. There is no front desk. Everything is done remotely. Highly recommend
