Reasonably priced 2 bedroom cabin with a nice kitchen, games, TV, fireplace and access to a nice restaurant by just crossing the bridge. We enjoyed our stay with the view of the hillside from the living room.

The noise isolation is really bad, you can hear everything from upstairs, if you have to stay in this hotel, choose rooms #2xx maybe better. We identified a lot of hairs on pillars, suspected that they probably didn’t change the sheets per stay.

Poor staffing - no internet or TV for 3 days, they finally moved us to another room. Called multiple times and never got a call back. Bedding was very old and thin. Pillow was ripped and stuffing coming out. Water in shower was scalding hot! Nice location, but definitely needed updating!

We booked a stay at this place for anniversary trip. The draw for this place was that it was close to RMNP, it was very close to a restaurant, and the reviews seemed good. Unfortunately, there was a big mold spot in the bathroom of our room. We contacted the management to get us a new room and they gave us the runaround. We asked them every day of our trip if there was another room we could move to because we didn’t want to be breathing in mold (especially because I am pregnant), and they told us that there was nothing they could do besides refund us for our stay. After checking out of this resort, we contacted them several times about how to initiate the refund, and they have never responded to us. We are currently in the process of disputing the charge with our credit card. Would NEVER stay here again.
