Several of the pools and hot tubs were closed. There is construction going on, building two new buildings on site. The location is excellent, the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The room was nice and I really liked the suite layout with the loft room separate from the downstairs room. The bathroom was nice and clean and had good water pressure. The store was well stocked and had lots of great food, drinks, and other items. My only real issue was the Internet was pretty much unusable. Wi-Fi calling wouldn’t work so I couldn’t make any phone calls because there was no cell reception and it was impossible to do any work in the evenings. If they can improve their Internet, then I’d give them a five star.

The room was really nice besides there being a fork that was dirty. I think the staff was okay it was 50/50 some staff were nice and happy to see us and some just seemed very monotone (maybe a bad day idk) I would say it is important to bring any snacks or food essentials when staying there because the “restaurant” they had was very limited in meal choices. Although the small store in the lobby did have a few essentials to cook with:) overall great experience nice views and would love to be back!

The room was nice and clean. We had the loft and that worked perfectly for us. The tv was a bit tricky to figure out, but we got it eventually. I loved the little market at the front desk and the staff was friendly. I guess it was off season because there was no breakfast buffet and the pizza place was closed. The River restaurant was our only option and the food was very mid. We ate dinner there the first night and breakfast the next morning. It was fine for what it was but the staff was friendly so that’s a plus.
