Awesome room. Great view. Nice people for sure! Elevators take way too long. End up waiting up to 5 minutes when busy for an elevator on the higher floors. Then you end up in the elevator alone, all the way down. Maybe one was broken? In the end was a great experience and would stay again.

The location of this hotel is great. Walkable to Rogers Arena and lots of restaurants. The rooms are clean, bed comfortable. Customer service at check in was straight up terrible. Customer service once the staff changed over to night shift was excellent. Won't be back, but I appreciate night shift making things right.

My stay at this hotel was outstanding. The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I’d like to give special recognition to Christine at the Concierge Floor Lounge for her warmth and exceptional service — she truly made my experience even more memorable.

A lot of money for little quality

There is no fan in the bathroom so the steam caused the smoke alarm to go off. One phone was not working, called front desk on the other phone and they say the alarm is sensitive. Could not have a shower in the morning due to this. Bed was terrible and hard, did not provide extra pillows and the sheets were ripped. For how much it costs per night it’s shocking these factors were an issue.

My experience with this hotel was terrible. The assigned room did not have wifi then I requested to fix it it tool a while then they suggested to upgrade the room at additional cost. The room had only one bed we requested extra blanket and linen for coach in a living room but they never provided. The hotel is outdated needs serious renovations. I stayed here in nearly 25 years ago and that time the hotel was gem in the downtown

The Chateau Lacombe is lovely old hotel that has been very tastefully renovated. The room we had was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. All in all, it was perfect for what we needed and the price point was very good. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future. :D
