The staff was really kind and went out of their way to make sure I had parking for my over-sized vehicle. The District Cafe below was AMAZING. Rooms were clean and quiet, and I appreciated the complimentary eye mask and ear plugs.

This was a great place to stay following a surgical procedure at the U of A. It gave my family a chance to be with me following the procedure and gave me piece of mind in case an unforeseen mishap occurred. The rooms were clean and all felt so good to be on the top floor overlooking the city. Thanks for providing the oppportunity to share this space!

What an understated gem this hotel is! The suites are spotless and so well appointed and spacious. Most notably, the staff are so friendly, courteous and helpful. I had a terrible headache the day I was checking-out so I called the front desk to request for a late check-out. Sadly, they were fully booked that day and could not accommodate my request. However, in minutes the reception rang back to say that he checked with housekeeping and they arranged to get to my room slightly later so I could have an extra half hour. It may not sound like much, but I was so grateful because this was all arranged by the kindness and consideration of the staff. Thank you so very much. Yes, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The location is co convenient especially if you need to be close to U of A. Plus, they are pet-friendly!! Don’t think twice. It would be tough to find another great place at great value!

Great little space very close to the Jubilee theatre. Kitchen had enough to cook all my meals, bed was comfortable, shower was nice, gym was well equipped and the onsite coffee shop is a nice addition. Great place to stay and a great value.
