I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Room could have much tidier upon arrival - candy wrapper on floor in bathroom (which remained the entire stay) and something that looked like a chiclet on floor in room. Furniture was banged up, beds were soft and everything needed a refresh. View from room was literally a dingy parking lot and garbage dumpster. Hallways were very dark with motion detector lights, stained carpeting and felt creepy. Best thing about hotel location/proximity to WEM but you can do better on this strip in terms of value and cleanliness.

Worst hotel stay ever!

One of the lamps in our room did not work. Horrible internet. Bad outlet chargers. No hot water kettle. No microwave. No clock in the room. If I could give them a zero rating I would. No breakfast sausages in free breakfast! The ratings for this hotel seem to be false or outdated or misleading.

Had a slight hiccup when arrived. Had asked for a room away from the elevators (was assigned a room right beside the elevator). Went back to the front desk and they quickly and professionally fixed the problem and gave a much better spot. Appreciated the service and resolution. Would definitely stay there again.
