Overall it was ok. What was weird is that there's coffee maker and tea bags in the room, but no water provided so you anyway have to go and buy it somewhere to brew coffee. And there's no kettle as well so it's impossible to boil water so tea bags seem useless option.

We were doing a trip to West Ed mall and wanted a close hotel this was above and beyond my expectations. It was super clean, our room was HUGE. We had a (Club) room and it was fabulous. Will be recommending this to my friends.

Walking into the hotel a staff was vacuuming in the lobby, she had flipped the rug over in the entrance and I tripped and stumbled and fell on my side in, the lady vacuuming came to help me, the staff at the desk were not very helpful, we went to our room and rested for a bet and realized and had bruised my side went back down and asked if we could document the incident so I would have some proof asked to see the video as well and was told they couldn’t get access to it, documentation would be available tomorrow morning I quess we’ll see In The morning if it’s done

Very recommended

Very comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast area is comparable to a nice restaurant atmosphere. Could have a bit more variety of protein choices for breakfast, but other than that we have no complaints at all about our stay.

Breakfast was a joke, stayed here before and it was a Buffett breakfast, this time we were given a menu to choose from very limited options and could upgrade on other food. They also like to put you into a bad position with having staff bring you the food and drink. If I wanted to go to Denny’s I would have gone to Denny’s, buffet style food is the way to go. I understand that because of the amount of vehicles in the parking lot that there was limited guests, bit that was totally not comfortable at all. The rooms were clean and nice.
