El lugar estuvo estupendo, todo funcionaba de maravilla y nos encanto la habitacion. Pero sobretodo la persona de recepcion fue increiblemente amable, nos ayudo en todo momento y estuvo pendiente que no faltara nada. Le agradecemos el servicio y las atenciones.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely incredible! We arrived quite early and the front desk staff were very friendly and stored our bags for us so we could go see the city while waiting to check in (and also stored our bags after check out as we had a late flight)! Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and always greeted us when we walked by. The room, kitchenette, and bathroom itself was very spacious, clean, and modern. The air conditioning system was very easy to use and worked great! The location is very walkable distance to the city centre and was very easy to get around. I would 100% recommendation staying here to anyone and I would stay here again if I ever returned to the city!

Great option to stay in Edinburgh.

Great place to stay all-around - incredibly friendly and helpful front desk, welcome was very warm in nature. Apartments were in great shape and had some simple amenities to help avoid basic grocery shopping. Location was central, close to everything and walkable - not a long way to haul suitcases from parking or transit.

I like the unit but felt price was a little high. Washer took minimum 3 1/2 hours to do small load of laundry including drying. 5 hours if larger load. Difficult to use heat/ ac. Staff was responsive. No paper towels or dish soap so only option was dishwasher which I didn’t think was practical for just a few dishes.

The staff was really wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and having the kitchenette was very convenient. The only things I would change-- the water wasn't very hot in the shower; I took showers at the hottest setting possible everyday and still wish it was hotter. I also wish they had dead bolts on the room just for additional safety. I thought it was odd that they didnt have one installed. Otherwise great location and it was quiet. I would stay here again.

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean and good staff, easy fast check in and comfortable bed. Only downside was apartment windows were facing a busy laneway with a pub almost directly across the lane so was quite noisy at night. My recommendation would be to ask for an apartment facing the rear of the property, making it a very good choice.

Beliggenheten er topp og personalet meget hyggelig. Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt og det var rent, rolig og fint. Dessverre svarte appartementet (studiosuite) overhodet ikke til bildene her på hotels.com, rommet var mindre, hadde bare et lite vindu og ikke noen sofa. Hotellet var fullbooket, så de kunne ikke tilby et av de få studiosuitene som faktisk svarte til bildene.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was almost a new building with full facilities. It is a quietest place I’ve ever stayed . The only downside I’ve noticed was it might not be a good choice for people with disabilities or elderly, since to get to our room using stairs was inevitable. They might have other rooms to accommodate people with disabilities, so make sure you check with them in advance if you have issue with climbing the stairs.

This was an excellent accommodation situated in the heart of the city near lots of independent shops and restaurants. Perfectly positioned to navigate the city. We were most impressed with the welcome we received, and subsequent friendly interaction with staff. The accommodation was everything you would want for a short stay. Comfortable, clean and quiet. The amenities were ideal with the added touch of complimentary tea and coffee.
