Overall stay had been good but settling the bills had been cumblesome - after final billing had included charges of breakfast wrongly, there was a reversal of the charge in my debit card but another debit happened to my credit card. This is still unsettled as we speak

Düsseldorf is NOT a City in Germany to visit, unless you need to go for working or in business trip. The Steigenberger hotel is very well located, walking distance to shopping and Rhein promenade, restaurants and so. Beautifull location.
